Independent Guide
Captain Jamie is a seasoned fishing guide with a deep-rooted passion for angling that spans his entire life. From his early days chasing fish in the lakes, streams, and rivers of South Central Pennsylvania to serving as a United States Marine, fishing has always been a central part of his identity. Captain Jamie's journey led him to the Emerald Coast seven years ago, where he quickly fell in love with the area's rich marine life and stunning coastal landscapes. Despite living in Texas at the time, he made regular 10-hour drives to fish in Pensacola, each trip deepening his connection to the Gulf waters.

In November 2022, Captain Jamie made the life-changing decision to move to Pensacola permanently. He obtained his Captain's licenses and fulfilled his dream of becoming a fishing guide along the Emerald Coast. As a fully insured veteran, Captain Jamie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every fishing excursion. His dedication to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for his guests is unmatched. Whether you're a novice angler looking to learn the ropes or a seasoned pro seeking the excitement of the catch, Captain Jamie ensures an unforgettable fishing adventure in the waters of the Gulf Coast.

Captain Jamie is a master of various fishing techniques, including light tackle, heavy tackle, and fly fishing. With his expertise in light tackle fishing, he skillfully targets species like Redfish and Speckled Trout in the shallow waters of the Gulf Coast. When it comes to heavy tackle, Captain Jamie's strength and precision come into play, allowing him to tackle larger and more powerful species such as Red Snapper and various Grouper.

Captain Jamie's boat is a 24-foot center console bay boat, manufactured by Ranger in 2003. With a capacity of up to four persons, this boat is ideal for intimate fishing excursions along the Gulf Coast. Powered by a Yamaha 225HP engine, it can reach a maximum cruising speed of 36 knots, ensuring quick and efficient travel to the best fishing spots. Its center console design provides ample space for anglers to move around comfortably while fishing, and its bay boat construction allows for easy access to shallow waters where fish like Redfish and Speckled Trout are abundant.
