Departure times vary by season: during the Fall and Spring months, you'll head out at 7:00 AM. Starting May 22nd, trips leave bright and early at 6:00 AM to take full advantage of the summer bite

About the Boat:

Step aboard a powerhouse of a fishing vessel—the 2019 Cape Horn
31T, outfitted with twin 350HP Suzuki engines. This top-tier tournament edition is built for serious anglers and offshore adventure seekers alike, offering unmatched ride quality and next-level performance in open Gulf waters.

Purpose-built with the pro in mind, the 31T is loaded with features that make your fishing experience smooth, efficient, and action-packed. With dual live wells (30/60 gallons), 26 rod holders, a hard top with electronics box, and an 85-quart built-in drink cooler, you’ll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Add in both fresh and raw water washdowns, a marine head (restroom), and a massive 740-quart insulated fish box (7 feet long!), and you’ve got the ultimate setup for chasing big Gulf game.

What You’ll Be Targeting:

Depending on the season and your goals, you can head offshore to bottom fish for hard-fighting species like Red Snapper, Gag Grouper, Scamp, Red Grouper, Amberine, Almaco Jacks, Vermilion Snapper, White Snapper, and—when in season—Amberjack and Triggerfish.

Prefer trolling? You’re in luck. Offshore trolling trips put you on the hunt for fast and flashy pelagics like King Mackerel, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Bonito Tuna, and even Barracuda.

Whether you’re looking to fill the cooler, chase trophy fish, or just enjoy a day on the water with great people and world-class equipment, this trip delivers the ultimate Destin fishing experience.

I grew up always saltwater fishing in Cocodrie, LA and the surrounding areas until I came to Destin in 1991 at the age of 11 for the summer months.

Once I graduated high school in 1998, I moved to Destin full time. In 1999 I received my first captain’s license (100 ton Master) working on the Sea Blaster in Destin, FL.

In 2001 I bought a 40 passenger boat to
take people snorkeling and dolphin sightings along the Emerald Coast. After the strong hurricane season in 2005, I donated that boat to the Destin Fishing and History Museum (where the wheelhouse still sits at the front door).

Now it’s 2008 and our company was founded with one bay boat. We then grew to 4 total boats providing inshore, offshore and bay fishing for all our customers.

The 52' Hatteras Sportfisher has federal permits for fishing offshore outside of state waters. Fishing in federal waters has places spots that have less pressure on the stock (fish).

The 31' Cape Horn will get you to the fishing holes fast with the twin 350hp engines!

If you were cooking for all your friends what would you cook?
Getting all of the crew together with our families to having a Fish fry, with a side white bean & rice and a sack of oysters!

Phenomenal trip! Cap’t Christian was ever the professional. We went out with Cap’n Andrew and he was awesome. We were on fish all day and even better, he helped the young one fish all day. I highly recommend this outfit and will definitely book again. PS….the boat is awesome as all get out.
