About Your Trip

Captain Frank Ford with Island Time Charters specializes in inshore fishing around Fort Morgan. This means that you won't be running for an hour or two just to get to the fishing grounds. In most cases, you'll be fishing within 15 minutes of leaving the dock. But don’t think that just because you're not going way out in the gulf that the fishing isn't as good. You will be surprised by how many different types of fish you will catch in these productive waters around Fort Morgan.

About Your Guide

Captain Frank Ford has been in business since 2005. Capt. Frank has fished all his life and spent a good bit of it as a fishing guide. He chartered bass fishing trips in Georgia on Lake West Point for about 9 years during the summertime then during the winters he would do bass fishing trips on Lake Okeechobee in Clewiston, FL out of Roland Martin’s Marina. We started fishing saltwater and you guessed it, he fell in love with it so we moved to Orange Beach, AL. His main business when we moved to Orange Beach was building houses and remodeling but in 2005 Capt. Frank decided he wanted to go back to his passion: FISHING!!!! To see the excitement on a child’s face when he/she catches their first fish or the face of the mother that catches her first fish is what it is all about. FUN!!! FUN!!! FUN!!!

Cap Frank was a genuinely nice guy. It was hot, water was warm and he still worked extremely hard for us. Thanks Capt for having us aboard. We’ll be back
