How do you spell epic in Spanish? We spell it Quepos Fishing! My family of six very inexperienced salt-water fishermen (this was our first salt-water fishing trip), spent an amazing day offshore with the crew of the Moonwalker. Captain Marcos, Rudy & Jose worked tirelessly to make our special day ...Read More on the blue water one we will remember forever. We caught blue marlin, beautiful mahi-mahi, and finished our day with an onslaught of yellow-fin tuna while watching the dolphins feeding and frolicking right next to the boat. The crew was friendly, professional and accommodating. With a freezer full of fish and heads full of memories we watched the sun set as Captain Marcos pointed the bow toward Marina Pez Vela. We’re gringos from the mountains of Colorado. We know very little about rain forests or oceans or the Costa Rican way of life, but at the end of this day there was only one thing to say, “Pura Vida.”

The captain was always on the lookout for gamefish and we covered a large territory. Captain Rudy, Johnny and ...Read More Danny made a great team. We hope to fish with them again.
