Fishing has been awesome with a variety of species biting! Redfish, snook, flounder, and big jacks have been consistent with other species as well. It should be great fishing over the next few months with the mullet run right around the corner.

Bottom has started to slow down closer to shore but the trolling has helped make up for it. Almaco jacks are becoming more consistent on the bottom. Barracudas and Mackerel have been making appearances on the troll.

The Ponce Inlet area had really been heating up. And I mean that literally. With water temps in the mid 80s many species have been pretty active. For the past two weeks we have had Kingfish (king mackeral) on the beaches so just about every drop with bait you are hooking up. This is great if you are targeting them but otherwise they are going to bite you off. Tarpon still very active with mixes of 20-40 lb fish and 100lb plus fish.
