Tarpon season is in full swing here in Boca Grande, and June is always one of the best months to chase the Silver King. The fish are here in good numbers, and they’ve been aggressive and ready to eat.

We’ve been seeing plenty of opportunities and some incredible battles on the water. If a tarpon has been on your bucket list, now is the time to make it happen.

Capt. Isaiah was THE MAN!! Had us limited out on snappers within an hour then we headed to the snook honey hole! We caught around 30 fish and had an absolute blast! Cooked half our catch for dinner the same day! While he filleted fish he let me and my boys feed huge tarpon by hand! Just an amazing day on the water with Capt. Isaiah! My family enjoyed Jesse but did have a couple comments. It seemed he was not as forthcoming to assist but helped if asked. The other comment was about the smoking. Our family is very sensitive about cigarette smoke due to my bout with pancreatic cancer for which the leading cause is cigarette smoking, even though I have never smoked in my life. They didn’t expect him to stop to fill up on their fishing time. I would say his communication was above expectations. Thank you.
