The snook, trout and redfish have been on fire especially on the warmer days with some of the larger fish coming out to play! Docks ant mangrove tree lines have been producing well. With the docks also producing sheepshead which are great table fair.

Warming water has heated up pre-spring fishing With the approach of springtime coming, the fish have been on the move on this warming trend just two weeks ago we were still fixed and a solid winter pattern with excellent catches on hogfish grouper and snapper at winter depth of 45 to 55 feet. There's literally low tides and high skies made for some nice sight fishing opportunities in shore. Temperatures are warming up in Florida and we are getting ready for Spring Break! The warmer water has brought a strong bite. Inshore Grouper has picked up as well as every other species after the deep freeze we had in early January. Inshore I'm concentrating around docks and structure, and lately have been trolling deep diver lures.

Cold water fishing!! We've been using shrimp for the last month now and the crustacean crushers are chewing good! Plenty of eating fish for our guests plus some fun catch and release groupers. Spring is right around the corner as pilchards are beginning to show up and we will be switching gears to snook and redfish! King fish season is knocking on the door too!! Book your adventure today!

Things seem to be finally warming up a little and the redfish, sheepshead and trout have been loving it. We even were able to find a few snook.

Took a short trip out to the reef and although the water was cold, the bite was hot! Fishing is great over here, even in the winter - hit us up! Found the Flounder last week not far off the beaches. They were eating cut bait AND soft plastics. The winds kept us inside the intracoastal, but we still got some action in the protected waters. Took a nice couple on a half day trip and landed some nice Mango Snapper AND a kicker Tripletail.

After catching about a dozen snook and a few smaller redfish, I told this angler that the big one is coming. On his next cast after releasing an average sized snook, he got the bite we were looking for. With big head shakes and hard fast runs, I knew this is the one he had came to Sarasota, FL to catch. This redfish went about 28lbs and over 39"
