Lately we have been catching plenty of sheepshead and black drum. Some days we are still getting into redfish, speckled trout, and white trout. The weather has been mild and we haven't had to make long boat rides, both of which make for a relaxing fishing experience. Live bait such as shrimp and fiddler crabs have been the key to success. In the coming weeks we will continue to fish inshore structure for sheepshead and drum, and start to focus on river mouths and deep bayous for trout and redfish once the water cools down.

We caught over 50 reds today. We left them biting.

From the 12th (last week) till yesterday. Yesterday winds blowing 26 gusting 30mph. Every single trip VERY "catching."🙏🎣

Last few weeks have been amazing!!! 3 days of very cold waters down 40.4 degrees. During which we had to literally put the bait a few inches from their mouth.

Last 12 days with strong winds and cold weather found plenty of trout during my last 10 trips. The reds are a little slow for the season and trout running big. Caught many 18.5 to 21 inch trout
