The big drum are starting to do their spawn and have been plentiful!! Few flounder and specks,too!!! The water temps well over the 70 degree mark, seen a small triple tail sharks and cobia should be lurking around the barrier island, Gone slip out there soon and give it a try!!! The white trout ground mullet are fun and abundant for the young spring breakers?!! Something for everyone now so let's goooo!!! 🎣😊

Lately we have been catching plenty of sheepshead and black drum. Some days we are still getting into redfish, speckled trout, and white trout. The weather has been mild and we haven't had to make long boat rides, both of which make for a relaxing fishing experience. Live bait such...

Lately we have been catching plenty of sheepshead and black drum. Some days we are still getting into redfish, speckled trout, and white trout. The weather has been mild and we haven't had to make long boat rides, both of which make for a relaxing fishing experience. Live bait such as shrimp and fiddler crabs have been the key to success. In the coming weeks we will continue to fish inshore structure for sheepshead and drum, and start to focus on river mouths and deep bayous for trout and redfish once the water cools down.
