Hey yall! Afternoon redfish bite is still strong in the surf with trout starting to show up. Still catching some black drum but in smaller numbers. Flounder are coming back from the gulf, on the smaller size but expect them to start coming in larger numbers and sizes in the coming weeks.

Surf redfish are showing up in large numbers along with black drum as the weather warms up during the late day/afternoon.

In the bay, we are still in the early spring transition and getting limits of smaller slot trout and reds fishing deep reefs and lake drains

    Corey was great. My wife and I took a weekend trip down to Port Aransas for our anniversary and decided to book a half day fishing trip with him. He took us to several spots throughout the morning. While we ended up with four trout in the cooler, we were constantly catching fish….lots of smaller trout, a few oversized ones, and even a monster redfish. All in all, it was a really fun day on the water. Corey is personable, easygoing, and made the whole trip feel relaxed and low-stress. It was a great way to spend the morning and I’d definitely book with him again.

    Had a fantastic time fishing with Robert in Rockport last Wednesday. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. You can tell he really knows the area and works hard to put you on fish. Great communication, well-organized trip, and just an all-around great guide. We had a lot of fun and created some awesome memories out on the water. Highly recommend booking with Robert if you’re in Rockport — we’ll definitely be back!
