What’s the biggest fish you’ve caught?
The biggest fish we have caught and landed in the bay is probably a 70-80 pound black drum or a 100-120 pound alligator gar.
we have also landed several giant cobia/Ling from 30-72 pounds
giant king fish 58 pounds
record redfish on the boat 53 inch
biggest speckled trout on boat 31 inch
Biggest flounder on the boat 27 inches
and we have faught some absolutely giant dinosaurs that have broke us off or came off the hook to live another day
If you were cooking for all your friends what would you cook?
Out of the bay black drum is some of the absolute best fish to have a fish fry with it is our favorite!
We also love redfish on the half shell

How did you get started guiding?
It’s all I’ve ever wanted to do since I ways knee high to a grasshopper! The day I graduated high school I started deckhanding on offshore boats and already had a bay boat. As soon as I had enough hours to get my license and start my own company it was on to the races. I love watching people catch fish and shoot ducks especially for the first time or in a new place
What makes you different from other guides?
There is a lot of good ones out there but Capt Brody will strive to put you on the best day possible in the safest matter no matter what the conditions have in store for us. We are here to provide you with the best time possible and even if the fish aren’t blighting like they should or birds aren’t flying like they should we will still make sure you enjoy your time
