Hey Captain Roy here with another Red Snapper report. Our Federal Season continues to produce hogs each and every trip. The bigger fish have actually been caught at 70-100ft of water suspended above the wrecks. We have been hammering quick limits with cut bait and live piggy perch. Lower Laguna madre fishing report seems like red fish are everywhere lol live shrimp, live finger mullet, or cut skip Jack. A few large speckled trout starting to show up catching them on top water lures flounder being caught on worms and live bait but all have to be released Black drum in the side channels on low tide on live shrimp and dead shrimp in large numbers

Schools of drum have been good. On the few calm days that we have snapper trips in State waters have also been good. Reds have fair but inconsistent..
