We've had a lower than normal tide since the full moon, the shallows have had lots of tailing pods. Deeper water areas, the fish seem to be in bigger schools. Which makes for long stretches without singles, unless you find the pods. Lots of small shrimp in the grass flats.

We caught about 8 additionall redfish that we threw back…along with the huge tarpon my husband caught. And the area we fished was absolutely gorgeous. A dream fishing trip!!!
