Join Travis for a one-of-a-kind sight casting adventure on the shallow flats of Rockport, Texas. Whether you choose a 4-hour half-day or an 8-hour full-day excursion, this is an immersive fishing experience that puts anglers in the heart of some of the Texas Coast's most productive and scenic waters.

Sight casting is one of the most exciting and rewarding ways to fish. Rather than blindly casting and waiting, you'll actively search for fish as they cruise the flats, tail in shallow water, or move along grass edges and sandy potholes. With Travis on the polling platform, you'll spot fish before making your presentation, creating a challenging and highly visual style of fishing that anglers quickly become addicted to.

Depending on conditions and the time of year, you'll be targeting Black Drum, Redfish, Sheepshead, and Speckled Trout. Each species presents its own unique challenge, from the powerful runs of Redfish to the subtle takes of Sheepshead and the aggressive strikes of Speckled Trout. Travis uses his local knowledge of tides, weather patterns, and fish behavior to position anglers for the best opportunities throughout the day.

You'll fish from a specialized skiff designed for accessing shallow water and quietly approaching fish without disturbing them. Its shallow draft allows Travis to reach areas that larger boats simply can't access, opening the door to some incredible sight fishing opportunities.

This trip is designed for one to two anglers, creating a personalized experience with plenty of one-on-one guidance and instruction along the way.

Be sure to bring a valid Texas saltwater fishing license, sunscreen, a hat, and any food or drinks you'd like for the day. Come experience the thrill of spotting your target, making the perfect cast, and watching it all come together with Travis in beautiful Rockport, Texas.

Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Non-marking boat shoes or flip flops, Any drinks other than water, A hat that will stay on under power and with a dark underside, Rain gear or a jacket depending on season, Lunch for full day trips. Rods, reels, tackle, flies included.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 7 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 7 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
