Scallop report:
The scallops are in Crystal River and Homosassa thick this year. We are scalloping in 2ft to 5ft of water all you need to do this is your bath suite, towels and mask and snorkel you will just swim around the beautiful grass flats that we have and can see scallops, stone crabs, spider crabs, and a lot of different smaller fish and starfish. If you don't have a mask and snorkel don't worry we have plenty for you to enjoy your day on the water.

We've been catching some nice trout and reds. We've also started jumping some nice tarpon the past 2 weeks.

300 pound loggerhead just laid her eggs and heading back to the ocean!

This weeks highlights include a, 4 1/2 foot blacktip, 13 foot sawfish, and a 6 foot lemon.

Sharks are working the sandbars around the inlet. Im using crab on the bottom for Bonnethead and fresh cut bait fish for blacktips, bull and lemon. Mangroves are biting on the out going tide off the rocks and oysters bars... im doing good in the 6' depth. Redfish and snook bite is first thing in the am with 85 plus degree water.

Ponce Inlet area is producing as expected for this time in June and had thrown in a few surprises. With the regular slot and just over slot reds and Snook we are seeing nice numbers of tarpon and last week were catching Permit in the inlet. The permit and tarpon coming on flat lined Select Shrimp and small Blue crabs.
