Fishing has been Fantasic targeting the trout bite in the mornings. Majority of my clients a taking trout limits home if not limits pretty close to it. Redfish has been hit or miss recently. Still to hot for them to come out into the clear water. We been catching flounder here and there while Fishing for trout as well.

Fishing for flounder has been good in some spots with live shrimp and jigging a curly tail soft plastic around pilings near the channel drop offs. Reds and Trout are good drifting the sandy water on windy days using a popping cork with live shrimp. On days with calm winds reds can be caught in green water with top waters and soft plastics.

fishing the upper Laguna Madre has been good, finally our winds have been cooperating and in return fishing has been really good. I have been wading and fishing out of the boat for Speckled Trout and Red fish, wether you are through in live bait or lures the bite has been good in the early morning either on the beach front or the bays. We finally got a little rain and the salinity levels dropped which will help the future bite. For live bait we have been using live Crocker and piggy pearch, the lure have been either down south...

Fishing is heating up here on our beautiful Laguna Madre! Corpus Christi Texas's bay system hosts one of the biggest bull red migrations. Beginning now and moving into the late fall and early winter, schools are starting to move on the flats that border deeper water on their movement out to the Gulf of Mexico.
Nice sized trout are being caught on grass lines that border deep drop offs and we are catching good numbers of redfish and trout on the flats with plastic lures and spoons.
Fishing should only get better as we head into the fall months!

The end of July into all of August means.. BIG SHARKS. Are shrimp season ends and big tiger sharks come hungry within our rage. A well placed bait will offer these fish a healthy meal and the opportunity for a catch of life time for our clients! We've put clients on absolute giants this month and we're ready to put more people on these big tiger sharks! Get with us asap before there gone !

Well the trout fishing has been on fire with limits in the mornings being caught fairly early. Red fish has been a little spotty but the black drum have been good in the afternoons in South Bay. We've also been hitting flounder on the sand bars on shrimp and some artificial. Fishing is going to get better and better as we transition into the fall months from September through November.

Fishing has been spectacular! Flounder are being caught on the intracoastal. Slot reds being caught in dirty water on cut bait and artificials. The trout bite is on fire in the early morning and late evening on live shrimp and popping corks. Drums excellent on dead shrimp on out going tides.

Fishing has continued to remain consistent. Trout have been great early along deeper grass lines and rock beds throwing croaker and shrimp. Reds are showing up in the flats in big schools and are getting ready to make their spawn run. Flounder have been on channel edges in big numbers. Drum have also been showing up around spoil islands. They have been easy to spot. Dead shrimp on a 1/16 to 1/8 ounce jig head has shown great results.
