The Spanish bite has been on fire lately. Red fish and speckled trout have been great in the afternoons. Kings are starting to run throughout the pass and around the wrecks

The water is heating up which means the fish are following. Surf fishing for pompano is starting to turn on and redfish and trout in the bay are moving to shallower water to feed. Trout just opened March 1st so time to get after them!

The flounder bite has picked up on the offshore wrecks along with a good amount of sheepshead on the bridge pilings. Still a few red fish hanging around the grass flats

The trout bite has decided picked up over the last few weeks. Still a good amount of slot reds running the flats as well. Spanish bite was good but definitely started to slow down. Founder opens back up today so we will start targeting them the next couple months

Managed to venture out a couple times within the past two weeks. This past Tuesday, the bite was hot... caught fish on everything we threw.... popping corks and Carolina rigs tipped with live shrimp, plus artificial lures. They’re still biting good... little warm front has then fired up!

30a offshore. We have wrapped up the October fall snapper dates. We continue to find quality fish despite the high winds and big seas. Everything from big red snapper, scamp grouper, big trash can lid triggerfish, bull vermillion, even rainbow runners. The cold front that has came through has sparked...

We have wrapped up the October fall snapper dates. We continue to find quality fish despite the high winds and big seas. Everything from big red snapper, scamp grouper, big trash can lid triggerfish, bull vermillion, even rainbow runners.
The cold front that has came through has sparked off the kings also. Still waiting for the big run of the fall blackfin tuna.
30a inshore.
We are seeing the bull redfish still pretty consistently. Some days are better than others but they're still around. We are catching slots around docks and some of the drop offs. Flats in the morning for them and later in the evening. Still catching a few trout also. Hopefully in the next few weeks the sheepshead bite will pick up for us here in the Choctawhatchee.
