Fishing has still been a lil tough with high pressure and high winds but the last 2 days have started picking back up. These boys had never caught a redfish but we managed a few with the best being 27 1/2

Good times! The redfish bite is coming back and this lil girl ended with a 29 1/2” and a 26”, her first reds ever!

e were able get deep drop trip catch few golden tile and barrel fish. Seas are looking favorable for opening of snapper season and I still have few days open.

Even when other captains weren’t catching anything, he found a way to get us to spots where we, not only caught 3 large redfish, but quite a bit of other fish.     Captain Reyes did an outstanding job. My son and I had planned to meet him in Matagorda and fish East Matagorda Bay. A few days before the trip, he texted suggesting that we meet him in Palacios and fish West Matagorda Bay because he’d had several days of good catches there. We agreed and had a great day on the water. We caught our limit of speckled trout and had a good haul of black drum. He was very attentive and hardworking. I highly recommend him.
