Welcome to Lake Fork. Water level is - 2.72 below full pool after this much needed rain. Surface temps are 69 to 71 degrees. The bass are spawning and the best bite is 2' to 7'. We just had a pink moon a few days back and more are coming in shallow. Best bite for us has been on a V&M Pork Shad and Chop Stick weightless and also using a 3/16th oz. tungsten weight, Texas rigged.

The black bass are in all 3 stages : pre-spawn, Spawn, and post-spawn. The bite is aggressive and fight is fierce. I'm catching fish on streamers and top water.
Another Lake Fork Beauty! The fishing is super for black bass and crappie.
The crappie are in the shallows and hitting small patterns.

Welcome to Lake Fork. Water level is - 2.97 below full pool and surface temps are 61 to 65 degrees. It has been a very mild Winter and we have bass in all different depths right now. There are a few fish already getting on beds mostly on Northern end. Best bite has been in 3' to 8'. Secondary points, shallower creek channels and midway to back of pockets p producing. Senkos, shaky heads jerk baits and chicken rig with creature baits working pretty good. It's about to bust loose soon here on the goat lake. There was a 13.68...

Lake Fork
Clear water. Black bass are moving up and down as the weather permits. Secondary points are producing where emergent grass is present. Try streamers in red and white fished 1 to 6 feet deep. Female Black Bass are in pre-spawn in 10’ water, slow retrieved streamers might draw a strike. Crappie are being caught in 1 ft of water in the backs of creeks; try a small, clear clouser.

Black bass are beginning pre-spawn, small males will be active in the backs of coves and creeks near emergent grasses and shallow brush. Larger females will be suspended near secondary points and boat docks, preparing to move shallow. Try using a suspending pattern and fishing slowly and deliberately. Crappie should be moving shallow as the weather stabilizes and warms. A small, clear/white/silver bead in a size 6 to 8 should work well.

Water level is at full pool and surface temps averaging 82 to 84 degrees. The bass are biting pretty good and I really like June herr. We been fishing offshore in 14' to 20' on main lake and secondary points mostly. But fish can be caught in different depths right now. With the surface temps in the lower 80s theirs still a shallow bite also. Drop shot and c- rig has been our best bite. Lot of good grass and the top water can be good on Cloudy days. Thus month will get better for a big fish also offshore.

You might get lucky (as long as things are in-season).

The kids and I had a blast! Chris was really great at teaching all of us what to do and what to look for. He was also great at easing my kids into it and making them feel comfortable. They couldn't stop talking about it and they all want to do it again. It was a really great experience! We caught plenty of fish!
My two sons and I had a great time. It was a tough bite, but we caught some nice fish. Eddie explained everything well and had a great deal of patience with my 10 and 13 year old sons. We all had fun and learned alot! Thank you!
We had a great trip catching Crappie on Cedar Creek Lake. Justin put us on the fish and we caught our limit. He was very helpful with anything we needed and also was very kind and considerate. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know! Can't wait for the fish fry.
Brett got my daughter and I hooked up with fish to take home in less than an hour. Very accommodating and obviously very experienced on Lake Tawakoni. We had a great time, great memories for a daddy/daughter weekend!
Never used a guide before, but Eddy was everything we expected. We were taught technics as well as best bait for the circumstances. You don’t learn effective fishing methods overnight so we will definitely hire Eddy again for our ongoing fishing adventures. Thanx again to Eddy.
Justin is the best fresh water fishing guide I have used. We were on fish all day. He knows how to catch crappie, and freely shared fishing tips
We will.be here a week and will be fishing out of my boat the rest of the week. He willingly shared several suggestions on where and how to fish. This guy is genuine Southern hospitality.
