Welcome to Lake Fork. Water level is - 4.30 below full pool and surface temp is 89 to 91 degrees. The lake is fishing pretty good. Drop shot, c- rig and tx. rig has worked best for us.

Fall Fishing is in full swing on South Padre Island. Rarely do I say this, but Fishing for all species has been unbelievable save for Tarpon off the beachfront which will likely push further south with the passing of today's cold front. If you have ever thought about making a trip down to this area, now is the time.

Captain Mikes South Padre Fishing Report 9/16/26. The bay fishing has been tougher throughout this past month. Water temperatures and overall weather has been hot! Still catching some solid speckled trout out of deeper water drop offs. Catching some flounder and reds. Most of the fish are hanging in the deepest water they can find. Typically we get rain and some weak northerly winds push through South Texas throughout September. Once temperatures start to drop I would suspect that the redfish will start cruising the grass flats in search of prey. The bite should only get better once the weather...

Today’s customers were a father and son. Dad brought a small cooler and said 15 catfish was all they needed to take home. Well, they got their 15 plus a couple more! 😁🎣 After putting over 50 cats back in the lake, they were getting a little bored with the catfish 😂, so for their last hour they were ready to give crappie fishing a try for their first time. With a little help, the son reeled in his very first crappie! 🎣😁 With the lake starting to get choppy, the son was beginning to feel a little uneasy, so...
