Indian pass can be an outstanding place to target Tarpon as they migrate up the west coast of Florida. From Cedar Key to Apalachicolaa, these tarpon experience almost total bliss, and go almost 200 miles without seeing heavy fishing pressure.

Most of Captain Carl's trips run out of Indian Pass, which is a prefect place to intercept these unsuspecting and Naive giants as they cruise through. Indian Pass is quick drive from Port St. Joe, Apalachicola, Cape San Blas, and East Bay along the Florida Panhandle.

To maximize your enjoyment of our charter fishing trip, you should pack drinks, lunch, polarized sunglasses, high SPF sunscreen, and your camera.

In addition to knowing where the fish are biting, Captain Carl also provides the boat, rods, reels, tackle, ice, cooler, and licensing.

Everything Else to Know

All trips you need to bring Snacks Drinks and I Highly recommend Polarized Sunglasses. If you have small children you are also in charge of bringing a Coast Guard Approved Life Jacket. This is a requirement. All Bait, Tackle, Rods, Reels, and Licensing included.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
The deposit for this trip is non-refundable except for weather-related cancellations. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Great day on the water with capt. Carl. Lot of speckled trout to start the day. Then a flounder, couple of reds and a black drum. Saw some dolphins on the way out. Capt Carl was great to fish with. Highly recommend
