Unfortunately no fish
Didn’t see fish apart from one sting Ray
So I don’t do tourist fishing trips
The Capt needs to put fishermen on the fish
This didn’t happen
Fishing on the fly - shrimp and sardine fly
And repala and popper and jelly lure
Had 4 small tugs in 4 - 5 hrs fishing
Sad really so cancelled second trip .
Looking to book skiff boat somewhere else or book exclusive fishing holidays next...

I had a great trip fishing the flats with the fly and casting popper and other lures. The boat was in perfect shape and the guide Anbriorix a very nice guy. I brought my own fly and casting rods as well as lures, but basic equipment would have been available too.

If you’re trying to fly fish in Punta Cana, look somewhere else. Wrong boat, wrong guides, and bad quality equipment.

To be clear, I blame the owners/coordinators for misleading us about the trip and not the Guides. They were friendly and tried to salvage our day. Overall, not a good experience.
