Captain John has worked as a dive master and boat captain at the Cape Eleuthera Marina hosting guests from Milan to Hollywood. Building his knowledge of the waters across the archipelago, he served as a dive master at Andros Beach Inn and operated Sea and Ski Ocean Sports in Paradise Island. Before starting Big Mac Fishing & Boat Tours, John was a captain for a 53’ Hatteras for many years and won several tournaments with its owners. With 40 years of experience, he knows the waters, fish and reefs of The Bahamas like the back of his hand.
A “Mac of All Trades,” he has also run construction companies in Harbour Island and Eleuthera, led a Junkanoo group to several major titles and serves as the Chief Councilor for South Eleuthera in his spare time.
