About Your Guide

Anthony Solmo

Independent Guide

Captain Anthony has spent his entire life in South Florida. He grew up fishing both the East and West coasts, he was able to learn and master the best techniques from anyone who was willing to teach him.

Shortly after high school, Captain Anthony moved to Key West to pursue his dream of guiding. He has been chartering people from all over the world ever since. One of his greatest joys is seeing how excited his customers get when they pull their fish to the boat. He has worked his way to being one of the top back country guides in the Keys and is always ready to put you on a fish of a lifetime.

They worked hard for the fish! Weather wasn’t help on the date we were scheduled, Anthony was very proactive to get us out and fishing within our schedule.
Would do it again!

The trip with Anthony was great. Got one of the coldest winter days in the Keys and he still managed to put me on my target fish (cobia) and find some snappers to boot. He worked hard to deliver in bad conditions. Would recommend.

Excellent captain who was extremely knowledgeable of his area and worked hard to keep us in fish. Lots of rod bending hard fighting fish species inshore in the keys that I was not aware of! Thanks!
