Nicoli is a professional fly fishing guide residing in Kingfield, Maine since 2001. As an avid outdoorsman, you can usually find him pursuing trout and salmon on one of Maine's many fine rivers, or hunting the marshes and fields chasing ducks and geese as they migrate south. He cut his teeth fly fishing the challenging and productive Farmington River in NW Connecticut. After a fishing trip to the Rapid River with his Uncle Wayne in 1994, Nicoli knew that the Western Mountains of Maine was where he'd someday make his home. After a few trips to Colorado's South Platte River and the Roaring Fork of the Colorado River, experiencing the western guide culture, he knew he wanted to be a fly fishing guide.
