I’ve been fishing the waters around Gulf Shores and Mobile Bay since I was young with my father and brother(Capt. Cade), and there’s nowhere else I’d rather be. I run inshore and nearshore trips with a focus on light tackle — because in my opinion, that’s the most fun way to do it.

Red snapper are my favorite to target, but what I enjoy most is seeing clients — especially kids and first-timers — hook into something that gets their heart racing. I’m laid back, but I’ll admit I’ve got a competitive side when it comes to putting people on fish.

I am a GSU graduate ( GATA ) that has obtained a USCG captain’s license and years of experience being a deck hand in the area, you’re getting someone who knows these waters and takes pride in running a first-class operation. I believe in taking care of our fishery so future generations can enjoy it too.

Reid took this trip on short notice after another guide had a scheduling conflict. If the point was to catch fish, then Reid did his job. We brought in over 30 fish during the short trip between the 4 of us. Brought my two pre teen daughters and they greatly enjoyed the experience. Was cool getting to fish an oil platform when you’re used to Midwest lake fishing. Reid also accomplished something I thought impossible, he convinced my wife not only to bait her own hook, but to hold a fish herself for a picture. Thanks again for taking us out, I will look Reid up again when in the area.

Very nice guy. Awesome Guide. We had questionable weather on our 1st attempt and he worked hard to make the trip happen later in our trip. He put us on some fish really quick. Highly recommend. Ohhh and as a bonus.... AWESOME taste in music on the ride in and out.

Although we came in after several rain storms and didn’t catch the big one, we still enjoyed Capt.Reid.
