Hello, I am Capt. Matt I have been fishing the Galveston jetty complex my whole live I grew up fishing these waters for fun as a kid and now I turned my passion into a profession to be able to share it with the world! The best part of my job of getting to see people experience things for the first time and see that smile and excitement that that fish can bring and create a life long memories! I look forward to meeting y’all and getting everyone on the water for a day of fun and excitement!

How did you get started guiding?

Started part time as a challenge then decided to go full time.

What makes you different from other guides?

I am laid back easy going. I try to tailor the trip to what the customer request with in reason. I am very upfront when customer books and wants limits of a species that not caught the time of year they booked I inform that what is biting and certain time of year is better for certain things rather than say yes and take their money. So I am very honest.
