I was born in the Chicagoland area. At the age of 2, my family moved to Missouri with my grandparents to open a bait station on Stockton Lake. We owned the bait station from the time I was 2 to the age of 13. It was there that my love for fishing and the outdoors began! Helping customers by dipping bait and weighing fish are some of my earliest memories. I also contribute a lot of my passion for fishing to my two uncles, Buzz and Jeep. They both helped me stay on the water as a young man and shaped my fishing passion into what it is today. As I got older, I was introduced to snagging for spoonbill and was instantly hooked! As a young man, catfishing was throwing bait on the bottom and waiting for the fish. Since then, I’ve opened my eyes to many new techniques. I was taking out all my friends and their family and friends wanted to pay me so I thought it would be a good idea for a earlier means to work for myself and live at the lake.

What makes you different from other guides?

I am not only about trying to catch your limits. I wanna show you a good day on the lake. It’s not all about how fast we catch our fish and go home. I also have an extreme passion for fishing! I fish every day, whether I get paid or not.
