Austin grew up in Arizona while spending much of his time fishing the rivers of Utah, where he developed a lifelong passion for fly fishing on the Weber River. After years of mentorship from family members and professional instruction in fly fishing techniques, entomology, fly tying, leader construction, and guiding, he has spent nearly a decade exploring the rivers, lakes, and streams of northeastern Utah. Austin is passionate about conservation, responsible catch-and-release practices, and helping anglers of every skill level build confidence, improve their techniques, and enjoy some of the finest mountain fisheries in Utah and Arizona.
