Experience some of the best light tackle fishing the Outer Banks has to offer with Captain Peter. Whether you're an experienced angler or introducing the family to fishing, these trips explore the productive waters of Pamlico Sound, Hatteras Inlet, and the nearby beaches in search of a wide variety of seasonal species.

Depending on the time of year, you could target Red Drum, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Sheepshead, and other inshore favorites. Using light tackle, spinning gear, and live bait when conditions call for it, Captain Peter will tailor the day's game plan to current fishing conditions and your group's goals.

Trips are available as half-day, 3/4-day, and full-day charters, giving you the flexibility to choose the experience that best fits your schedule. You'll fish aboard a custom 27' Judge center console powered by a 350 HP Suzuki, equipped with modern electronics, a cobia tower, livewell, and a comfortable layout designed to fish everything from shallow flats to open water around the Outer Banks.

Captain Peter is a USCG 100-Ton Master Captain who has spent a lifetime fishing waters ranging from the Chesapeake Bay to Florida and the Caribbean. He enjoys sharing his experience with anglers of all skill levels and works hard to put guests in the best position for a memorable day on the water.

Your trip includes all rods, reels, tackle, bait, fishing licenses, fuel, ice, and fish cleaning. Just bring non-marking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, food and drinks, and a cooler to transport your fillets home. Sandwiches, snacks, and drinks can also be arranged for an additional fee if requested in advance.
