Captain Doug, or "Captain Pappie," has fished the Port O'Connor waters for over 15 years, and been guiding for three. He became a guide due to his passion for fishing and love of helping others to make memories. He and his Captain Adam run a tight ship, working hard to earn your business and create a memorable trip for all the right reasons.

Top of the line equipment and service can be expected when taking a trip with these guys. Your choice between two newer boats that are washed and cleaned from the inside out by the captain himself after every single trip, provides a safe and comfortable trip.

Captain Doug is just as passionate about conservation as he is about fishing itself. Although he'll clean and pack your catch for you at the end of the trip, he does make it a practice to catch and release the larger breeder fish, keeping the bite going for everyone for future generations.
