Joe is on the water year round and loves to fish the transition between warm water and cold water (or vice versa) when the fish get most active. Target fish species include Bass, Walleye, Salmon, Steelhead, Brown Trout and Lake Trout. He provides all his Clients with rods, reels, bait, and tackle but you are more than welcome to bring your own gear if you'd like. Each person aboard will be provided with a type 1 life jacket. There are certain times of the year where a life jacket must be worn at all times aboard our boat, especially in the winter. Coldwater fishing is extremely fun but must be done in a safe manner.

Note From Your Captain: "At some point in everyone's life they realize what their true calling is, I've known for many years. Fishing for the longest time was everything to me, but along the way I came to realize what I have come to love most. It wasn't so much the fishing as it was showing others how to. Now don't get me wrong I'll fish until I'm dead, But when you do something all your life the luster starts to wear off. But down the line I began taking my younger Brother and Sister and shortly after that my children and got to see fishing through their eye's. First pan fish, first bass, first walleye, first time wading in a river, first salmon that made that fishing reel scream, first steelhead that would jump clear out the water. All the while looking at their faces and seeing complete and total happiness. Every time I get to take someone new out I get to relive it all over again....Read More
So I decided to pursue that as my profession, I became a New York State Guide some years back focusing mostly on fly fishing and center pin fishing with clients. Float fishing the Niagara River was my second home. All the while I've always had a boat. Fishing the lower river is what I did multiple times a week when I wasn't guiding. Taking out Friends and Family for some night time walleye action in the summer to drifting for Salmon and Trout in the fall, winter and spring. I can truly say that I love it, this is what makes me happy, So in the fall of 2020 I took my United States Coast Guard Master Captain's Course.
This is hands down what I want to do for the rest of my life, I will work as hard as I can for you to make your trip with us something you will never forget. I pride myself in keeping an up to date boat and equipment , make sure all who fish with me are safe at all times.
I look forward to meeting new people in this new chapter of my life and creating memories together."
