Ed Schoening of Del Rio Texas started fishing with his dad when he just a few years old, and he's been stuck on fishing ever since!
From New Jersey, New Mexico, California, Arizona, Texas, and the Bahamas, Ed just can't get enough. After fishing around the world, Ed doesn't hesitate to state that Lake Amistad Texas is his #1 favorite due to its beauty.
After finishing up school, Ed retained a Coast Guard Captain's License to guide on Lake Amistad and has never looked back. He looks forward to fishing with you, your family, and your friends to show you firsthand why he loves the lake more than any other body of water in the world.
Great fisherman and very knowledgeable. Have known Ed for over 30 years. Has always been a great competitor.
