About Your Trip

Step aboard with Captain Jesse for a premier fly fishing and light tackle experience across some of Southwest Florida’s most legendary waters. From the pristine backwaters of Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island Sound to the renowned flats of Boca Grande, Sarasota, and South Tampa Bay, this trip is all about stalking fish in stunning environments with light gear in hand.

Captain Jesse specializes in chasing inshore favorites like Snook, Redfish, and Speckled Trout, while also
giving anglers a shot at seasonal trophies like the mighty Tarpon. With a maximum of three anglers per trip, you’ll enjoy a highly personalized experience tailored to your skill level, whether you’re fine-tuning your double haul with a fly rod or casting light tackle into mangrove shorelines.

Trips run a minimum of six hours, giving you plenty of time to cover ground and dial in on the bite. Captain Jesse provides all the rods, reels, and tackle you’ll need for both fly and conventional fishing, though you’re welcome to bring your own gear if you’d like to fish with something familiar.

Onboard, you’ll find the cooler stocked with snacks and drinks, with extra room for anything you’d like to bring along. Just remember to wear white or non-marking shoes to protect the deck, lather on plenty of sunscreen, and get ready for a full day of casting to fish in some of Florida’s most productive inshore waters.

Captain Jesse’s goal is simple: to give every guest a fun, action-filled, and memorable day on the water. If you’re looking for a focused, light-tackle and fly fishing charter with a seasoned local guide, this is the trip for you.

Book your adventure with Captain Jesse today and experience the thrill of fishing Southwest Florida’s backcountry the way it was meant to be.
