About Your Trip

Step aboard with Captain and crew for an all-inclusive Costa Rican fishing adventure where the day is tailored to you. Whether it’s your very first trip or your hundredth, they’ll make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time on the water.

Half-day and ¾-day trips are great if you want a taste of Costa Rica’s rich inshore and nearshore fisheries. These outings keep you closer to shore, where you can target Mahi
Mahi, Snapper, Amberjack, Grouper, and Jack Crevalle. A 6-hour trip also gives you the flexibility to push a little farther out, pause for a swim or snorkeling session in crystal-clear waters, or relax in a hammock between bites. Roosterfish are often the star of the show inshore—strictly catch and release, but they make for a fantastic photo and an unforgettable fight.

If you’re ready for deep-sea action, the full-day trip is your ticket offshore. With eight hours to roam, the captain can take you 40 miles out to chase big game like Sailfish, Blue and White Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, and Dorado. You’ll troll the blue water using professional-grade Penn International reels, and when the fish are on, the boat’s fighting chair will keep you in position to handle their raw power. After the action, the crew can prepare your fresh catch right on board as ceviche or sashimi—about as fresh as it gets.

No matter which trip you choose, the boat is fully equipped for fishing and comfort. Outriggers, live bait wells, tuna tubes, and spearfishing gear are all at your disposal. You’ll also have a clean restroom, bunk space to rest, and plenty of food and drinks to keep you going. Trips include rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, and the expertise of two first mates who are there to help at every step. Snacks like fresh fruit, guacamole, and chips are always on hand, and on longer outings you’ll enjoy a hearty Costa Rican lunch of chicken and rice.

Whether you’re chasing Roosterfish inshore, snorkeling over reefs, or heading far offshore in pursuit of billfish, these trips combine serious fishing with pure fun on the water. All that’s left to do is step aboard and decide how far you’d like to go.
