About Your Trip

Fish the pristine waters around Anna Maria Island and experience one of Florida’s most dynamic and rewarding coastal fisheries. With a seasoned captain at the helm and access to inshore flats, bays, nearshore reefs, and Gulf waters up to 9 miles out, you’ll have every opportunity to hook into a wide range of exciting species.

You’ll fish aboard a 23’ Dorado—a 2012 model built for both inshore stealth and nearshore power. Outfitted with advanced Lowrance
GPS and fish-finding electronics, this vessel is equipped to get you on the fish quickly and keep the action going throughout the trip. All the essentials are covered, including bait, tackle, ice, and your Florida fishing license. Prefer to fish with your own gear? Bring it along—the captain will gladly tailor the trip to your preferred setup and offer expert advice to match.

This area is home to an incredible lineup of target species. On the flats and around mangroves, you’ll stalk Snook, Redfish, and Speckled Trout—favorites for their fight and finesse. Sheepshead and Mangrove Snapper can be found holding tight to structure, offering fun action and delicious fillets. In deeper channels and nearshore reefs, you’ll have shots at hard-pulling Cobia, Permit, and Gulf Flounder, while Spanish Mackerel and Pompano bring fast-paced excitement on light tackle.

If you're looking for big runs and serious adrenaline, King Mackerel and Blacktip Sharks roam just off the beaches, and when conditions line up, even Tarpon make an appearance for those chasing a true trophy. There’s also the chance to run into Black Grouper along nearshore ledges, adding some heavyweight action to the mix.

This charter is all about making your day on the water hassle-free and high on adventure. Bring your favorite snacks, drinks (alcohol is welcome), sunscreen, and wear light-soled shoes for comfort. With a full-service setup and an experienced captain guiding the way, you’ll be set up for a day filled with tight lines and great memories.

Whether you’re a seasoned angler or just getting started, this trip offers the perfect blend of variety, scenery, and hands-on fishing.
