About Your Trip

Drift through the heart of North Georgia’s mountain country on a guided fly fishing float trip with Ben’s team along the scenic Toccoa River. Known for its crystal-clear water, wild trout, and breathtaking mountain backdrop, the Toccoa is one of Georgia’s premier year-round fisheries—and a must-visit destination for any fly angler.

Fed by the cold, steady outflow of Lake Blue Ridge, this tailwater fishery offers consistent flows, cool temperatures, and ideal conditions for targeting wild
brown trout, rainbow trout, and other native species. Whether you’re a seasoned fly fisher or casting your first fly, Ben and his expert team of guides are ready to tailor the trip to your skill level and goals.

What to Expect

Our float trips are designed for 1–2 anglers per boat, giving you plenty of space and personalized attention. You’ll drift in comfort, guided by a professional who knows the river inside and out—navigating through riffles, pools, and deep runs where trout love to feed. Your guide will offer instruction and insight along the way, helping you refine your cast, present the right flies, and get the most out of every bend in the river.

Whether you're looking to hone your dry fly game, nymph the deeper seams, or swing streamers for that big brown, Ben’s team will match the technique to the season and the conditions.
