Outfitter
Captain Jason is a full-time professional fishing guide based in Venice, Louisiana, where the Mississippi River meets the Gulf of Mexico and some of the most productive fisheries in the country come together. With years on the water and thousands of hours running the Delta, Captain Jason specializes in putting anglers on fish in a place where every trip has the potential to be unforgettable.

Venice is known for its diversity, and Captain Jason designs his trips around that advantage.
Depending on conditions and what you want to target, your day may include chasing redfish and black drum in the marsh, sight-fishing along the banks, or running offshore to target pelagic species, red snapper, and other Gulf favorites. He also offers nearshore and offshore trips when weather and seasons line up.

Trips typically start early at the Venice Marina fuel dock, heading out as the sun rises and cruising down the Mississippi Delta while the river, marsh, and Gulf come alive. Whether you’re an experienced angler or stepping on a boat for the first time, Captain Jason takes pride in making the day relaxed, safe, and productive. He’s known for being patient, hands-on, and focused on helping guests learn, not just catch fish.

Captain Jason runs clean, well-maintained boats and provides quality gear, local knowledge, and a true Venice fishing experience. His goal is simple: give every guest an authentic day on the water and memories that last long after the boat is back at the dock
