Outfitter
Captain Joey was raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where weekends meant trolling for big speckled trout, fishing structure for slab-sized sheepshead, and casting shallow marshes for copper-colored, blue-tailed redfish. Those early days on the water sparked a lifelong passion for inshore saltwater fishing that still drives him today.

Now focused on the Big Lake and Hackberry area, Joey has put in the time to dial in the most productive marshes, shorelines, and structure these waters have to offer. He
takes pride not only in finding fish, but in teaching others along the way—sharing techniques, local knowledge, and a genuine love for the outdoors with every group he takes out.

Safety and professionalism are always top priorities. Captain Joey is a U.S. Coast Guard–certified OUPV captain and CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring a well-run, prepared, and comfortable experience on the water.
