On this trip, you'll target some of the most sought-after species in the area, including Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Flounder. Whether you prefer casting with artificial lures or fishing with live shrimp (available for an additional cost), Captain Bradley will have everything you need to land your next big catch. With his deep knowledge of the lake’s waters, he’ll guide you to the best spots, ensuring you have the best chance at a successful and fun-filled day.

You'll be fishing aboard a 25’ Tidewater 2410 Baymax, a spacious and stable bay boat that’s built to handle the inshore waters of Lake Charles with ease. With room for up to four guests, this boat is perfect for a small group of friends or family looking to spend a day on the water. It’s fully equipped with top-of-the-line gear, so no need to bring your own—rods, reels, tackle, and lures are all provided. Just bring your Louisiana fishing license, some snacks, drinks, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to stay comfortable throughout the trip.

At the end of the day, Captain Bradley will even clean and fillet your catch so you can take home a fresh, delicious meal. Whether you're after a trophy Redfish, a cooler full of Speckled Trout, or just a relaxing day surrounded by Louisiana’s beautiful coastal waters, this trip is for you.

Captain Bradley is a Lake Charles, Louisiana native. Laissez les Bons Temps Rouler! Where the good times roll, and friends and families of all ages come together to enjoy the moments that turn into memories lasting a lifetime.

Captain Bradley’s mission is to ensure you make great memories and enjoy your time on the water. If you need help casting your rod, he will gladly cast it for you and hand you the fishing rod back. He will do whatever he can to accommodate your needs to get the fish in the boat! You’ll be fishing inshore and nearshore. The saltwater species in the area include Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish (Red Drum), Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, and occasionally Tripletail.

All rods, reels, and tackle are included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

This trip is managed by an outfitter. Bradley will be your point of contact and you will go out with one of their guides.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

In the event of inclement weather, our guides will check the conditions and make the final call on whether its safe to go on the trip. If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
