Hop on board with Captain Dan and prepare for an action-packed day of fishing the jetties! The jetties are the perfect spot to catch some big fish without a long offshore excursion.

On this 4 to 6-hour trip, Captain Dan will take you close-by off the coast of Galveston where you can expect to target Cobia, Jack Crevalle, Redfish, and Speckled Trout. With his 16 years of experience, Captain Dan is sure to put you where the fish are biting.

To attract these picture-worthy fish you'll be using various fishing techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, gigging and trolling. Captain Dan is happy to demonstrate proper fundamentals for any of these techniques.

Captain Dan fishes aboard a 36’ Contender center console, with a capacity for six people. Powered by 3 100 HP Suzuki engines, this well-outfitted vessel is sure to keep you comfortable. It even has curtains to keep you dry from any ocean mist!

Captain Dan will provide all rods, reels, and tackle. All you need is a valid Texas fishing license as well as some food and drinks. These family-friendly trips can host up to 6 people, so make sure you bring some good company!

Captain Dan offers his offshore fishing trips aboard his 36' center console Contender, "Pontos". The boat is complete with triple Yamaha F250's so you can be first to the fishing grounds. It also has all the amenities of a professional fishing charter boat, including a Simrad chart plotter, radar, VHF and AIS, an 8-person life raft, dual live well stations, spray curtains to help keep you dry on windy days, and multiple coolers on board for drinks, snacks, and your catch!

Capt Kenny was great and deck hand. He really worked hard for us finding fish on a pretty rough water day stayed fishing till bait was used up and even cut bait for us so we could keep fishing had a great time look forward to our next trip at the end of the month.

We had a great time fishing with Captain Saul. He and Douglas put us on the fish and hustled their tails off to make sure we were Killin it . We landed some monster Black drum and alot of 18" Sheepshead. Got these guys from Captain Dan's number saved in my phone for next time.Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality outing , catching fish.
