About Your Trip

Spend a day chasing Salmon and Trout on the open waters of Lake Michigan with a trip designed to stay flexible and dialed in on the best bite. Departing from Sheboygan, these weekday trips offer a great opportunity to fish productive water with fewer boats around.

You’ll be targeting Chinook and Coho Salmon along with a mix of trout species, depending on the time of year and conditions. Trolling is the primary technique, working multiple
depths to locate active fish throughout the day.

The Experience

These trips are available in 6 or 9-hour options, giving you the time needed to adjust, move, and stay on fish as conditions change. You’ll run a full trolling spread using downriggers and planer boards to cover the water column and dial in what’s working.

Weekday trips tend to offer a more relaxed pace on the water, while still providing plenty of opportunity for action. Whether you’re new to Great Lakes fishing or have experience, the trip is tailored to your comfort level.

The Boat & Setup

You’ll be fishing aboard a 28’ sportfishing setup built for big water, with all rods, reels, and tackle provided. Everything is rigged and ready so you can focus on fishing while adjustments are made throughout the day to stay productive.

Good to Know

A valid Wisconsin fishing license with a Great Lakes Salmon/Trout stamp is required (paper copy). Be sure to bring layered clothing, sun protection, and any food or drinks in soft-sided coolers.

If you’re looking for a productive, low-pressure day chasing Salmon and Trout on Lake Michigan, weekday trips are a great option
