About Your Trip

Spend the day chasing trophy Trout and Salmon on the waters of Lake Ontario out of Rochester and Wilson, two of the lake’s premier fishing ports. These trips are designed around targeting some of the best freshwater gamefish in North America while giving anglers of all experience levels a productive and comfortable day on the water.

Trips are available in 5, 6, and 8-hour formats, allowing you to choose anything from a shorter morning run
to a full day covering offshore water and trolling multiple depths throughout the lake.

Depending on the season and current conditions, you may target Brown Trout, Lake Trout, Steelhead, Chinook Salmon, and Coho Salmon while trolling a variety of setups across productive Lake Ontario water. Both light and heavy tackle may be used throughout the trip depending on the species and conditions for the day.

Fishing takes place aboard a 33’ Tiara sportfishing boat equipped for Great Lakes trolling and built to comfortably fish up to 6 anglers. The boat features modern Furuno electronics, downriggers, GPS, fishfinder systems, enclosed facilities, kitchen area, refrigerator, bed, and onboard restroom and shower for added comfort throughout the day.

All rods, reels, tackle, and lures are included, along with fish cleaning and bagging at the end of the trip so your catch is ready to take home. A first mate is also onboard throughout the trip to assist with setup, fishing, and landing fish.

No prior experience is necessary. Whether you’re a longtime Great Lakes angler or stepping onto a charter boat for the first time, the crew works hard to make the trip approachable, productive, and enjoyable for everyone onboard—including kids and families.

At the end of the day, the goal is simple: great fishing, great memories, and a fun day on Lake Ontario chasing trophy Trout and Salmon.
