About Your Trip

Hit Lake Ontario with Captain Dan for a trolling trip targeting some of the lake's most sought-after Salmon and Trout. Fishing out of Rochester, you'll chase Chinook and Coho Salmon, Steelhead, Lake Trout, and Brown Trout depending on the season and where the bite is best.

With more than 35 years of experience fishing Lake Ontario and the waters of Upstate New York, Dan knows how to adjust throughout the season. You'll troll with a
mix of spoons, stickbaits, and flasher and cut-bait rigs while covering productive water in search of active fish.

You'll fish aboard a 31' Tiara 3100 Open powered by twin Crusader engines. With a wide 12' beam, spacious fishing deck, enclosed toilet, and room for up to 6 guests, the boat offers plenty of space for families and groups to enjoy a day on the Great Lakes. It's also loaded with Garmin electronics, Cannon downriggers, planer boards, Fish Hawk technology, and quality Daiwa, Okuma, and Shimano rods and reels.

All necessary fishing gear and tackle are provided, and Dan will clean and fillet your catch at the end of the trip. Just bring your food and drinks, weather-appropriate clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, soft-soled shoes, a cooler for your catch, and a valid New York fishing license.

Whether you're an experienced Great Lakes angler or bringing the family out for the first time, Dan will work to give everyone aboard a fun and memorable day on Lake Ontario.
