Head out with Skip and prepare for an action-packed day of Florida freshwater fishing! Lake Ida is a perfect sanctuary for freshwater fishing near the beautiful Florida coast. This trip is perfect for families, and kids are welcome!

On this trip, Skip will motor you out into Lake Ida where you can expect to target exciting species such as Peacock Bass, Clown Knifefish, and Largemouth Bass. The only method you'll need to catch these distinctive, colorful fish is classic light tackle. Just let Skip know what fish you want to catch and he'll get you set up with whatever's biting that time of year!

You'll be fishing aboard a 20’ G3 Deluxe bay boat that can comfortably fit 3 anglers. This do-it-all vessel will have no problem getting you to where the fish are biting!

Skip will provide all rods, reels, tackle, and live bait. All you need to bring is sunglasses, sunscreen, any snacks or drinks you might need and a Florida fishing license. He also includes a cooler stocked with ice and water. Book your trip today and get ready for an exciting freshwater trip!

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 4 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 4 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
