About Your Trip

Trade the ski hill for a fishing hole and experience winter in the mountains of British Columbia on a guided ice fishing adventure!

Choose between a 3-hour half-day experience or an 8-hour full-day adventure depending on how deep into the winter fishery you want to go. Half-day trips explore accessible mountain lakes in and around the Revelstoke area, making them a great option for families, first-time ice anglers, and visitors looking to add something different
to a Canadian winter vacation.

Your guide will get you set up on the ice and provide instruction throughout the trip, giving beginners an introduction to ice fishing while helping experienced anglers dial in their approach to the day's conditions. The surrounding mountain lakes hold a variety of trout, creating opportunities to fish while taking in some spectacular winter scenery.

For anglers looking for more adventure, the 8-hour full-day option can use snowmobiles to access more remote, high-elevation mountain lakes. These harder-to-reach fisheries add an entirely different element to the experience, combining fishing with a true backcountry winter adventure. A shore lunch and hot beverages are included on the full-day trip to keep everyone fueled and warm.

Whether you're checking ice fishing off your bucket list or looking to venture farther into the mountains in search of trout, these trips offer a unique way to experience the Revelstoke area throughout the winter.
