About Your Trip

Get out on the legendary waters of Lake St. Clair for a smallmouth bass fishing trip with a local captain who has spent a lifetime learning this fishery. Whether you're an experienced bass angler or looking to chase smallmouth for the first time, this trip is all about putting you on productive water and enjoying a great day outside.

Your captain grew up fishing and hunting around Lake St. Clair with his father and grandfather
and brings years of local knowledge to every trip. You'll fish aboard a 21' Triton bass boat powered by a 250 HP Mercury Pro XS and fully equipped with modern electronics and fishing gear.

Choose between a 4.5-hour half-day trip or a full 8-hour day on the water. Morning half days typically run from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM, with afternoon trips available from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Full days typically run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Lake St. Clair is known for its outstanding smallmouth fishery, and your captain will use his local experience to help you find active fish and make the most of your time on the water. More than anything, he wants every group to leave with some great memories from a day spent fishing one of the Great Lakes region's most exciting fisheries.

Be sure to bring weather-appropriate clothing, polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, food and drinks, and any required fishing licenses. Rain gear and additional layers are always a good idea when fishing the Great Lakes.

I grew up on the shores of Lake St. Clair, fishing and hunting alongside my dad and grandfather. From the time I was a kid, that’s all I ever wanted to do — be on the water, in the woods, fishing and hunting.

Now, at 34 years old, I’m fortunate enough to say that dream has become a reality. 🎣🦆

What started as a passion as a kid has turned into the opportunity to share the incredible fisheries and waterfowl
hunting that I grew up around with people from near and far.

Come experience what makes our area such a premier outdoor destination!

Whether you’re chasing Walleye, Bass or Musky, or looking for incredible waterfowl action, the beautiful waters of Lake St. Clair, Lake Erie, the Detroit River, St. Clair River and their tributaries offer an experience you won’t forget.

This isn’t just a fishing trip or a hunt — it’s a chance to experience the same waters and outdoors that I’ve loved my entire life.
