Head offshore with Captain Rick aboard his luxurious 33' World Cat Catamaran center console for an awesome day waxing the fish!

After you get settled in, and Captain Rick cranks up the engines, you will motor out a couple of miles offshore to do some trolling, deep-sea dropping, and fish catching! For these trips, you can expect to hook into the likes of Wahoo, King Mackerel, Snapper, Sharks, Jack Crevalle, Mahi Mahi, Bonita, Amber Jack, Cobia, and potentially Tarpon (in the summer months) just to name a few, and there are plenty more species the Gulf can offer up! You are welcome to get as involved as you would like with your adventure as well, whether you'd rather lounge until the reel starts screaming or if you want your hand on the rod the whole time, Captain Rick can make it happen!

Beyond superior service and luxurious amenities, Captain Rick also provides the best rods, reels, tackle, bait, and fishing licenses you could possibly need for a successful day out on the water. Thus, all you need to bring are your favorite lunch, snack, and drink, your sun protection, maybe a towel, and your camera! Otherwise, Captain Rick will take care of the rest to make the most of your Pensacola saltwater adventure!

This fishing trip was the best I have ever had! Jake’s knowledge of the area was amazing! We got our Red Snapper limit in the first 20 minutes!! I have never caught so many fish in a short amount of time. If there wasn’t a limit we could have filled his entire boat.

Our trip with Captain Rick and his first rate deckhand Logan was fantastic. They put us on multiple fish of different types and we tried different methods, some trolling, a lot of bottom fishing and some deep water with electric reels. We caught a lot of large triggerfish, three King mackerels and enough Mingo (vermillion) snapper that we had far too much fish to eat over the next two days. The boat was fantastic, offering the six of us more than enough space to spread out and all fish at once, and Logan was knowledgeable and efficient at everything. I really enjoyed catching a small shark and we had a larger one steal some of our fish to add a little excitement. Near the end of the day we had a large amberjack up to the boat but unfortunately he got off. We played with a few barracuda as well, caught a few snapper and small groupers that we couldn't keep and in between spots, we could chat and I enjoyed learning about the local waters and the trade. I personally caught 22 fish and my son got 21 so we were busy. The weather was near perfect and Rick adeptly steered us around a small storm, where we got to see a waterspout. I would highly recommend Gulf Bay - we had a blast and really enjoyed getting to learn from a couple of true professionals. Thank you Captain Rick, thank you Logan!

If you want to catch fish go to capt Rick plain and simple. He put us on fish left and right. We came for red snapper but cap wasn't just gonna let us catch snapper. We limited out on snapper with in the first hour. Then he got us hooked up on Mingo, whitey, Mai Mahi, goggle eye. We had more fish then we know what to do with.
