About Your Trip

Get offshore and test your skill, strength, and stamina against monster Tuna on this overnight trip with Captain Al, one of the most experienced captains on the East Coast! This is a seasonal trip laser-focused on finding, fighting, and reeling in one of the Atlantic's , biggest fastest and most impressive fish, the Bluefin Tuna. Of course, there are other many pelagic predators out there as well, including Yellowfin Tuna, Sailfish, and Marlin. Any one of these fish could be a trophy catch, so come prepared for the right of your life!

This trip is an overnighter, so you'll step off the dock after dark, then steam for several hours to the fishing grounds, which lie 75-100 miles offshore. You'll be fishing The Canyons, an area whose cold, rich waters attracts hungry Tuna and Billfish all summer. You'll be fishing from Captain Al's 38' Bertram, the ideal vessel for tackling big seas and big fish. It comfortably holds up to six anglers, and comes with everything you need for a perfect trip.

Captain AL will also come prepared with all the necessary gear, including top-quality rods and reels, trolling lines and dredges, and most importantly, plenty of expertise for tackling these massive fish. To make the most of the day, make sure to bring the essentials: Polarized Sunglasses, Hat, Weather-Appropriate Clothing, Sunscreen, and a Camera!
