Get out there and get after one of North Carolina's premier sportfish in the blue waters off of Beaufort, NC with Captain Austin! Redfish are among the most popular inshore saltwater fish in the U.S., and for good reason—they're common, give a great fight, and provide a challenge for every level of angler.

These fish inhabit a range of water types, so you'll fish a it all, from inshore shallows to deeper nearshore areas with plenty of underwater structure. Expect to practice a variety of techniques, from jigging and bottomfishing to sightcasting, depending on what the fish are doing that day.

You'll get off the dock aboard your guide's 24' Carolina Skimmer center console—a great type of boat for fishing everything from flats to estuaries to nearshore structure. It's powered by a 300 HP Suzuki 4-stroke engine, so you'll be on the fish in no time at all. Captain Austin will come prepared with everything you need for a great day, including rods, reels, bait, and tackle. He's an expert in these waters and will do everything he can to get you hooked up on a personal best! Bring along proper clothing, sunscreen, and a pair of polarized sunglasses to maximize your time on the water.
